Feynman School helps gifted children develop their natural curiosity, creativity and critical-thinking skills through fresh, fun, hands-on activities. Our accelerated, interdisciplinary curriculum combines language and arts with science and bilingual learning. Rather than locking into a rigid methodology, we draw from a variety of approaches that have proven successful with academically advanced students.

Taking advantage of all the Washington area has to offer, we invite local professionals from the sciences, technology and other fields, including foreign-language role models, to visit the school. As they interact with the students, they weave the school into the fabric of the community.

In 2010–2011, Feynman School will operate as a preschool and pre-kindergarten for ages 3 and 4. As the school expands, we will introduce developmentally appropriate curricula for gifted learners through middle school. This rich, nurturing academic background will prepare Feynman School graduates to take their place as tomorrow’s original thinkers and significant leaders.

A Feynman education prepares gifted young minds to become tomorrow's great thinkers, creators and leaders.
