The primary math curriculum aims to ensure that students develop deep understanding of mathematical concepts; vocabulary; problem-solving strategies as well as real-world applications through hands-on problems and projects. We take a student-centered approach and provide opportunities for students to create their own meaning through hands-on explorations, discussion, and journal writing.
